Becky McNeil

Rebecca C. McNeil is currently serving as the elected Treasurer of McLean County.  She was appointed County Treasurer in 2003 followed by being successfully elected to the office in 2004 and 2006.  

Rebecca resides in Normal, Illinois along with her husband and two young daughters.  She is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a B.A. and M.A. in Economics.  Rebecca is actively involved in the McLean County Republican Party, McLean County Republican Women, and serves as a Republican Precinct Committeeman.  She has worked as a volunteer on several political campaigns for various Republican candidates. 

Rebecca also actively volunteers in her community and is currently serving as a board member for the Girl Scouts of Central Illinois, a board member for Bloomington Rotary, and a member of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce Women’s Division.
