Gail Troupe

Gail Troupe is currently the Treasurer of a Monroe County Board campaign and has been a vital part of two successful Waterloo School Board campaigns. She is a member of the National Federation of Republican Women and the Illinois Federation of Republican Women.  Gail has served in leadership positions as President of the Episcopal Church Women, Director of Christian Youth Education at her church, and as a board member of the Springfield Diocese Youth Ministry.  She has been chairman of both local school fundraisers and district wide school fundraisers.  Gail has been the treasurer of the county’s Business Network International Chapter which she also helped to form.  In addition, she’s served as the president of the Parents Teachers Association, and was chairman of several fundraising efforts.  

Gail is currently employed as a licensed Insurance Representative for an agency in Waterloo, IL.  She helped start the business over seven years ago and has been an integral part of making it a success. 

One of Gail’s proudest accomplishments is her recent participation in a Cancer Walk where she walked 60 miles in three days.  The event raised over $12 million.

 Gail and her husband Mike have two daughters – Nicole and Megan.  Both Nicole and Megan will complete their Bachelor’s Degrees in the Spring 2010 from Greenville Christian College.
